All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@arano.store with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the country of origin, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
